About Program

Join groundbreaking research investigating the dolphin population that lives in the Adriatic Sea in Slovenia! Each day you will be out on the sea in a boat monitoring dolphin behavior and make it possible for these researchers to continue monitoring the dolphins and earn which parts of the Adriatic sea are most important to the dolphins, so that they can provide key policy makers with the research necessary to draft laws that protect the waters and dolphins.

So much more than dolphins

A wonderful submersion into the Slovenian culture. Ana is a beautiful person who lead & guided an array of personalities with ease & grace. Her passion for dolphins & being a conservationist made me passionate for it. The experiences of the whole trip gave me much more than just information on dolphins. These experiences have shaped a new direction for my future. I look forward to returning some day.

What would you improve about this program?
There should be a hired cook instead of the attendees cooking. It's difficult to cook without knowing the local foods, having a well equipped kitchen & trying to accommodate food allergies.
