About Program
Want to enhance the lives of children who have been abandoned, displaced, or abused? Or help to look after toddlers and spend time with young girls?
Volunteers will be working in a children home and four preschools which are in a Catholic environment (convent ). Look after toddlers, spent your time with girls age ranging from 5 - 18. Teach English, art and crafts, singing dancing etc. Help the sister and the staff members to carryout their daily chores and teach at the preschools.
Spend you leisure time meaningfully in the hill country, Kandy - Sri Lanka.
Program Highlights:
1. Volunteer at a convent and orphanage in Sri Lanka.
2. Improve the lives of children who have been displaced, abandoned, or abused.
3. Help look after toddlers and spend time with young girls at an orphanage.
4. Spend several weeks living and volunteering in Gampola, a town 15 kilometers from Kandy.
