Cuy, Altitude, & Living... Oh My!

This was intense and challenging in so many ways, but very well worth it! The teacher was one of the most knowledgeable and passionate I have ever had. It was a breath of fresh air to learn from and with her. My home stay was perfect! They cared so much for my well-being and were amazing to immerse myself with. It was great to be in Cusco as a way to not only see a beautiful part of the world, but be productive in my career at the same time. I have returned home more open-minded, better prepared to serve my students and teachers as a high school administrator, and with a family back in Peru that I know I am always welcome back to.
