In my second week at work, one of my colleagues asked if I wanted to go to the Silvestre Dangond (Vallenato artiste in Colombia) and as I was still new and open to everything in Medellin, I decided to go. Needless to say, it was the single best concert I have ever been to! I can actually say that I have NEVER EVER danced so much in my entire life. Very sore knees afterwards, but very fun memories!

The impact that Intern Latin America has on interns goes far beyond providing work experience. It goes far far beyond that. It really has influenced my personal and professional life and it was one of the single most important decisions I have had to make. Apart from organising the entire experience and making sure that I had a successful stay in Medellin, I am filled with so many happy memories and valuable experiences that will stay with me for life.
