Engineering Abroad

If you're looking for a good community and support system, University of Limerick has all of that for you. The students and staff are all very supportive of international students and the University has a large number of resources and the student's disposal. The city of Limerick is also an up and coming community with a lot social activities, dining locations, and community events such as the farmer's markets they have every week. The only downside I have found of the University is the lack of seriousness surrounding academics. As an engineering student, classes are very important to my degree so the lack of emphasis on the academics is a little frustrating, especially coming from a very intense academic program back in the United States.
