I think Tesol Certification Course by Uni-Prep gives all necessary knowledge to feel confident in the classroom. Learning material contains the main points for teaching both children and adults. The information is well structured and comprehensible. Videos and pdf complement each other. It contains the most important things to know, especially concerning lesson planning.
