Study Abroad

New Zealand is such an amazing country and it is super similar to my home university. I would definitely recommend bringing a few foods from home (if you're from NA) because they might be hard to find! Everyone is really friendly, try to join as many clubs as you can and go on trips outside of Auckland as often as possible :) Make sure to bring as much camping stuff as you can -- I didn't bring my tent or backpacking stove and I regret it b/c it made me rely on others for them!
