Informative and sound

The course is a sound basis for aspiring language teachers, providing logically organised and academically supported information. The exercises and assessments guided me to develop practical skills in lesson planning, teaching and classroom management, anticipating realistic situations one would come across in their teaching practice. The course has also provided a wealth of further teaching resources for future use, which I have saved on my laptop. It is excellent value for money! Although I recognise that I need to practice to hone my skills even further, I now know how to exploit online and written resources to advance my practice and to meet identified needs of my future students. The course stressed the importance of student assessment and the need to tailor the teaching material to meet identified aims and objectives.
