Alicante is a great city to study abroad!

I went to Alicante over the summer of 2012 and loved every minute of it. The USAC staff in Alicante is amazing! They are so helpful and friendly, and they organize great trips with the group! They also give you suggestions each week for things you can do around town!

The city of Alicante is great for a college student! There are so many places to go and you can walk almost anywhere in town. The locals are very friendly, and always will to practice spanish with you!

I was pleasantly surprised with the housing! The apartments are very big and nice! You get your own room, and they are very centrally located and within walking distance of everything downtown! I was matched really well with my roomates too! I still keep in touch with all of them! I only heard good things about students who lived in homestays too.

I really learned a lot from my professors in Alicante! They made class entertaining and challenging. These spanish classes were the best that I have every taken. They are uncomparable to what is offered at my home University.

My experience abroad was life changing and I will never forget it. I would do it all over again if I had the chance!
