Responded amazingly well to a bad situation

My host family- who had two au pairs that loved them before- turned out to be a bad fit. The mother was going through something personal and started coping by verbally abusing her staff and children. I talked to Aida (with Au Pair In Spain) about the situation when I got concerned. Since she knew the family, but not me, I assumed she would take their side. She heard from both me and the mother, mediated the issue, and ended up intervening on my behalf. She pulled me out immediately and let me live with her in her home(!) until we found a new family for me, taking that family off the list. She sat with me each day after I went to interviews and personally helped me decide on which family would work best for me. Aida's support amazed me.
