Virtual Internships Review

My month-long experience with Virtual Internships was a very positive one, where I worked directly under a top-level executive for a company with over 1000 employees. We worked to create mission and vision statements, job templates, advertising campaigns, websites, and more. I gained a lot of real-world experience, and a key takeaway was learning how to work efficiently with a group virtually, along with managing deadlines. I learned quite a lot from this program, and the time-management and collaborative skills I took away from this program will greatly benefit me when I go to college, along with once I start a job.
