No matter how you are involved with Bold Earth (student, parent, trip leader, office team) you will get to understand how special this company truly is. From incredible opportunities for growth and leadership, to gorgeous natural settings, to stories around the campfire or playing hilarious games under the stars, you will feel the MAGIC of this incredible community. It is something that is so hard to explain until you are a part of it, however I know it started from the first time I called the office staff. Bold Earth’s intentionality for life-changing experiences is palpable and I can say with clarity that my first summer with Bold Earth truly changed my life for the better. I couldn’t stop talking about it after the summer and I still love getting to share my experience with others all these months later. I can remember the memories like they were yesterday. I LOVE looking back at pictures of our California adventure. Our whole group was so close and felt like we had known each other much longer than 2 weeks. The Bold Earth staff does such an incredible job planning exceptional trips with activities like white water rafting, rock climbing, surfing, hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, and more–there is really something for everyone. In the recent world that has been filled with so much uncertainty, Bold Earth has created such certainty in my life. The certainty of forming life-long relationships, of opening your mind to new ideas and experiences, connecting with nature, smiling non stop, and believing in yourself in a whole new way. Being involved with Bold Earth has been the best reminder that with intentionality and detailed planning my outdoor adventure goals of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and thru hiking the Camino de Santiago and trekking to Machu Picchu are absolutely within reach! I tell everyone I know about Bold Earth!!
