Truly a life experience!

I volunteered for a week in construction and renovation in Palawan, Philippines and I learned a few life lessons while volunteering. Most of the food served there is tasty, fresh and local. Most notable is the Thursday dinner where they serve whole chicken thighs and drumsticks. I had a unique and exciting time learning the volunteering stories of other friendly and outgoing volunteers. The local team were very flexible and helpful in arranging transport and lending us much needed items. What a unique and life changing experience!
