Very good experience overall

I enjoyed that we were able to put our skills to use and gain real experience of the challenges and demands of being a teacher.
Learning the dynamics within a classroom, delivering the contents of the lesson, structure and learning as I go.

I felt fully supported by the team and look forward to the work I have ahead. Special thank you to Cillian and Paul for assessing and giving constructive, encouraging feedback. They’re both very experienced in this field and have a lot to share. They’re both open to feedback and very friendly so if you have any questions you can feel free to ask them. It’s always reassuring to know that they are there as guidance counselors too in a way.

It’s still quite new to me but I hope I can continually grow and improve.
