Review

When I leave for volunteering I fear for some adversities but, as I'm an open mind, I always take positive expectations.
In Fiji everything has been overcome. I felt a great conection among the volunteers and we shared experiences, friendships and we went together on local tours. The staff was always attentive to our well-being and available to help. I felt as at home. At any moment I felt insecure.
My volunteering at Shepherds Kindergarten allowed me to participate and monitor the development and learning of children. I miss them! Innocent, sweet, affectionate children, attentive and available to learn and equally willing to play. I appreciated the teacher's empathy and simultaneously I felt a great empathy among everyone.
It was wonderful and I am grateful for more this experience.
Bula is a magical word for greetings in Fiji. I just felt how magic it was in Fiji. This word is enough to start a conversation with any inhabitant, and regard us as a good person. Thus, we can enter the Fijian culture and habits easily.
Vinaka/ thank you to the International Organization that promote for a better world and that allowed me to contribute to it on my own way.

Would you recommend this program?
