Studying in Denmark

6 month after I graduated from high school I got a grant at Performing Arts College in Denmark. I spent almost a year there studying together with other international and danish students. I can say that this experience was like no other and completely changed my perception of education and how a friendly studying environment can affect students’ progress and motivation tremendously. As someone who grew up in a post soviet environment I was surprised to discover that students aren’t being pressured to perform well therefore they are able to figure out what they want. Teachers are there to fully support them and gently provide advice. Thanks to this I was able to finally build up enough courage to pursue my dreams and made a lot of good friends)
