Intuitive user interface, very useful information, fantastic customer service!

I recently completed the 120 Hour TEFL/TESOL course, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The course had an intuitive user design, which made navigating through the materials a breeze. Everything was well-organized, and I could easily track my progress. In fact, the progress bar staring at me motivated me to keep going.

Customer support was fantastic. Anytime I had a question about the course material, there is an online tutor. Additionally, I wanted my name written with my official Chinese characters, and they were happy to oblige.
