Great pathway to become an ESL teacher

I’m sharing my experience as it was such a positive one. I was well conversant before enrolling in the program. However, to become an ESL teacher is a whole different level. So, as I’m looking forward to become an ESL teacher in Vietnam next year it was essential for me to grasp certain vital elements that in my view are mandatory to become one. From teaching techniques to how to handle a class room, encouraging students to engage in class and to cater to all types of students were few of the many important things I learnt.
