Comprehensive Course with Excellent Content, but Website Performance Needs Improvement

Dear TESOL Course Team,

I recently completed the 120-hour TESOL course and am delighted to share my experience. Overall, the journey was incredibly rewarding, and I am pleased with my achievement of scoring over 90% on the final exam.

The course content was thorough and well-structured, covering all essential aspects of teaching English to speakers of other languages. The lessons were engaging and provided practical insights that I found extremely valuable. The resources and materials were comprehensive, aiding my learning process effectively.

However, I encountered consistent frustration with the website’s responsiveness. Despite having a fast internet connection, the website often loaded slowly, particularly when clicking the “Complete” or “Next” buttons. This issue hindered the otherwise smooth flow of my study sessions and sometimes caused unnecessary delays.

Improving the website’s performance would greatly enhance the overall user experience and allow students to focus more on learning without technical interruptions.

Thank you for providing such a beneficial course. I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I have gained in my teaching career.
