Studying Abroad: An Experience That Makes You Grow

I studied abroad in Amsterdam for 8 weeks through CIEE and it was awesome. I learned so much: through my courses, living in a culture I never had lived in before, meeting people from all over the United States, but also through living alone. I believe studying abroad and living alone helped me mature so much and understand life in a different way. I think everyone should study abroad at least once in their life and if they do CIEE is an excellent option. They organize so many fun activities outside of classes, they have options for financial aid, and the classes offered are super interesting.
