Studying in Rome was the best four months of my life

Studying abroad in Rome was the best decision I've made this far in my degree. As a transfer student, I was worried I was adding to much to my plate, but the time abroad is something I will never forget and would have been a huge loss if I hadn't decided to go. The staff at CEA CAPA was incredibly accommodating and very hands-on. The professors were excellent. Professor Smith in Food and Culture was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to wine. His class inspired me to work for a winery when I returned home. Rome sketchbook was magical and the places we visited were things I would never have seen if it wasn't for Professor Cristophe Betmalle. This experience was unlike anything I had done before and has changed the trajectory of my life. The only thing that I had trouble with was my housing experience. We were one warning from losing our apartment because of the noise and cleanliness of our kitchen. If you do go abroad, make sure you keep your apartment pristine and respect your neighbors!
