After graduating from high school, I successfully arrived in China through Star Exchange (their website is aupair china online). From the very beginning, during my video interview with a Star Exchange staff member, I felt their commitment to understanding me. They took notes about my preferences, especially regarding my expectations for my Chinese host family, asking very detailed questions.
The visa application process, which I initially thought would be complicated, turned out to be smooth thanks to their professional guidance. I didn’t encounter any issues while filling out the visa application form.
Throughout my program, every staff member at Star Exchange demonstrated patience and responsibility. They regularly checked in for my feedback and had a well-organized system in place to collect it, providing prompt assistance whenever needed.
