My experience

I am pleased with this course because it is quite affordable and easy to access. The convenience it offers makes it ideal for my schedule. I also appreciate the inclusion of videos, which enhance the learning experience. However, I’m not very satisfied with the "chat a tutor" feature. The tutors tend to provide answers on other platforms, requiring frequent redirection to external sites. This is both time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, the limited access to this feature is frustrating, and I don't understand why the hard copy certificate requires another payment. I also noticed some grammatical errors in the content, though it's not a big deal—just being honest. Overall, I’m satisfied with the course.
