Unforgettable!

I was lucky enough to have such an incredible experience on my exchange to UC. The staff at the Study Abroad office has made this a great experience. I've learned and grown so much through this program and I have made some of the best memories of my entire life here. Canberra is truly a city that offers a lot, but you need to be willing to go and find it. Once you do take the opportunity to explore, you'll find that you can never be bored! The academics, though to me they were challenging, I found were reasonable. Classes weren't so difficult that I didn't have enough time to enjoy myself. Through the Study Abroad office at UC I was able to transition so smoothly. The activities that were planned for exchange students gave me a chance to meet some incredible people. You get the opportunity to meet people from around the world and I can leave saying I've made friends for a lifetime. The social scene on campus is incredible and coming from New York City I was impressed. Living on campus was a good decision too because I was closer to my lecture halls and I could hangout with friends that were nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance and if you are ever lost or need help the UC staff at the exchange office is always there if you need it. This program is so well developed it's impossible to leave saying you didn't have a unforgettable time!
