I wholeheartedly give Star Exchange a full score. My six months in China went incredibly smoothly, thanks to their outstanding professionalism and genuine care. From the very beginning, when they explained the program details, to matching me with my wonderful Chinese family, assisting with my visa application, providing training, and offering ongoing support, every step of the process was handled with expertise and sincerity.

As a 19-year-old girl who had just graduated from high school and had never been to an Eastern country before, I felt completely safe and supported throughout this experience. I was also impressed by their team, which includes Chinese staffs who are very familiar with European culture—this made communication and cultural understanding even easier:)
