Hesitant at first, I found the course quite informative. What I liked the most is that the course proceeds very methodically and is well-organized that its suits even the busiest of people. While the course doesn't dig very deep into pedagogy, it serves as a perfect introductory course to anyone seeking to get the hang of ESL and get prepared to start their teaching adventure. Another major highlight that I found particularly interesting is that the course is a good blend of theoretical and practical insights (Apart from insightful pieces of advice, you’ll be watching teachers performing in real classroom situations). The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. I also liked the quizzes. Though hard, but they serve the good purpose of keeping you attentive and motivated while scrolling down through the course so that you score high. In the meanwhile, it helps reinforce your newly acquired knowledge.

Even more interesting is the fact that I have received a globally-recognized Tesol Certificate that I can add to my repertoire of qualifications and can take advantage of to boost my CV while I apply to Teaching positions. OH! YES! If You’re interested in an Oline teaching position, this course also gives you a comprehensive introduction with insightful advice on how to get prepared.
