As a German, I found Star Exchange to be the most professional and well-organized agency among those I contacted. Every rule and procedure was handled with exceptional clarity and structure. In the beginning, I reached out to several different agencies, but due to cultural differences, many local Chinese agencies managed procedures in a very spontaneous way that reflected local customs. However, as an Abitur graduate from Germany, working with Star Exchange gave me a strong sense of security. From their application form and interview process to host family matching, contract signing, and visa assistance, everything was managed with the level of organization and clarity that most Germans and Europeans are familiar with and appreciate.
