From Hello to Conversations

Before this program, I only knew how to say “Ni Hao.” After a few weeks of living with my host family and studying at the university, I was holding real conversations — ordering food, chatting with locals, even joking with my host dad!

The classes were small and interactive, which made it easy to ask questions and get personal feedback. But what really made the difference was the homestay. Every day after class, I practiced what I learned by talking with my host family — over meals, during walks, and even while watching Chinese TV dramas.
