My internship with Absolute Internship at Numi was a highly rewarding experience, offering hands-on involvement in meaningful projects like user segmentation, fundraising modeling, and retention analysis. The team was collaborative and supportive, giving me both autonomy and guidance, which helped me grow my technical and professional skills. While the fast-paced startup environment required quick adaptation, a more structured onboarding could further enhance the experience.
