Hard to fault because of the price

Not everything was perfect, so this is by no means a glowing 5/5 review, but the minor annoyances or omissions weren't enough to warrant a 4/5 either. Let's get started with the good/positives (aside from the crazy-cheap price). This was a really comprehensive course with almost too much information on classroom teaching. I can't imagine everyone follows there advice in reading then watching the many videos, only to then read everything again (I certainly didn't), but each unit has hours of content. The most valuable thing for me was the real teaching videos of different age groups and countries (I think it had Korea and China) - the classroom seems much more organised than I pictured which put me at ease. The other stand out plus for me was how responsive and professional the staff were at responding to messages. I had an issue with forgetting my password, couldn't get the reset to work, but they fixed it straight off when I emailed. This is also one of the negatives, for sure - they seem to have a Telegram chat but no Facebook or Whatsapp. I have no telegram, so that wasn't helpful. Another negative, though like I say not anything to take away from the pros, is that one of their lesson flows was more like a lesson flop and crashed the pgae, meaning I had to reload and mess around a bit before the lesson page loaded again. I messaged and they said they'd remove it and clean the code or something. Really though, everything else worked well and was really easy to use. Quizzes are all multi-chice without a timer and some require watching videos. Bottom line is that this was mind blowing value - not perfect by any stretch, but amazing for the price. I've already had job offers using their certification so that's any plus in their box.
