A Close Friend’s Endorsement

I chose Vantage Siam on a friend’s recommendation. I wanted in-class training rather than online, and it was the best decision because:

• Studying away from home helped me focus.
• Thailand is a fantastic place to learn.
• Vantage delivered everything: small class size, great classmates, excellent teachers, solid materials, and lots of practical resources.

The six observed teaching practices were the highlight of the course. I taught kids of different ages, adults (one-on-one, online, and in-company), and even a kindergarten class—all using ESA teaching methodology.

At first, it felt overwhelming, but the timing was perfect. It gave me both creative teaching practice and valuable lessons in managing expectations. My self-evaluation and detailed feedback from Vantage’s trainers boosted my confidence daily.

The Vantage team also went above and beyond—helping with life in Bangkok, encouraging me to use AI tools, and even showing me how to create a Power Resume and job prep support.
