Madrid Internship with Sage Corps

Spending two months in Madrid with Sage Corps was an incredible mix of professional growth and cultural immersion. My internship at ASE Athletics gave me real responsibilities like building financial models and researching competitors, where I worked directly with the founder of the company. It was exciting to see how much my work actually contributed to the startup.

What I loved just as much were the Sage Corps events. The first group dinner was perfect for breaking the ice, and later activities like the picnic at Templo de Debod, the trip to Toledo, and a paella cooking class made the whole summer even more special. These activities helped me connect with my cohort and explore Spain in ways I wouldn’t have on my own.

I walked away not only with stronger professional skills but also with lifelong friendships and a new perspective on global business.
