In January, I was on the lookout for a teaching job as a new graduate. I actually stumbled across KH and Alistair introduced me to what the Epik program is about and how to apply. From the first day, he has guided me through each little step and was very patient. A few things I really liked about KH, is that they review your application before finally submitting it so any errors or quality of lesson plans, can be fixed easily. I really appreciated the prepping for the interview, Alistair will sit one on one with you and guide you on the best possible way to answer the questions and a good way to approach presenting your lesson demo! When I say he's patient, I really mean it, my friend and I both applied through him and he was always so nice regardless of all the silly questions we used to ask him haha. One thing about about working with him, he's very on the ball hey, you will definitely be reminded about your documentation all the time and he will be on your case, telling you what you still need and which docs you need to resubmit. Even though it was a little frustrating back then, guess what, now I'm in Korea because of that pushing, cause I know for sure if I applied directly with my level of procrastination, I wouldn't have been with this year's intake 💀 But also mainly, if you are someone who feels overwhelmed or consistently stressed about things, definitely go with KH cause this is a really longgggg process and having someone guide you and constantly update you through it, is very very helpful. Oh yes! KH also offers a service where you can order anything you want and you just pay them back when you get paid! Very convenient for your first month in Korea when you don't have access to a korean bank account with funds or access to purchasing online. Btw I'm loving my city! If you're considering Korea, definitely take that risk. My experience may not be the same as yours but it's worth a try! :)
