Dan was great from the beginning to the end— actually he’s still in touch! (Just because I used an em dash doesn’t mean this review was written by AI. I realize that is “exactly what someone using AI would say” but it’s the truth). He checked in regularly, was very clear about the steps of the entire process, was encouraging, and answered all my questions whenever I had them. Extremely helpful and communicated well, he was thorough about how to prepare for each step. Including the biggest one! Moving to an entirely new country with different food, customs, language, etc
