I took Vantage’s hybrid Combined Course and started with the online course book. While that was great, what really helped me was that they let me sit in on their in-class TEFL course sessions. Seeing the lessons live made the theoretical concepts click and gave me a much better grasp of the material.

The best part of this course was doing six observed teaching practices in real classrooms with non-English-speaking students. Each class was on a different language topic, and I taught students of different ages and English levels.

The first lessons were challenging, but the feedback I got from Vantage’s trainers was really supportive and constructive. After each lesson, I felt myself getting better and better. By the end of the course, I felt so fully confident and ready to step into a classroom anywhere.

I’d definitely recommend Vantage TEFL if you are looking to embark on a teaching career.
