Sports Development & Coaching Program

I completed the Sports Development & Coaching Program for six months and am very happy overall with my decision to do this program with Atlas Volunteers. I would recommend everyone to come for at least three months, because I think everyone needs a certain amount of time to settle in, especially with education programs. My first month was extremely exciting. I went on several trips over the weekend and got to know Ghana really well. I needed the first month to really settle in as a sports teacher at the school. In the following months, I was able to find more and more good routines for myself in sports lessons at the school. The volunteer house offers a perfect retreat and at the same time a place for volunteers to get together. In general, I can highly recommend volunteering with Atlas Volunteers in the Kwahu East region of Ghana.
