My time in Belize

Belize is such a beautiful place and everyone is so kind and friendly. The food was amazing, loved it so very much. My favorite was chicken teriyaki and they also have great coleslaw, but I am coleslaw lover. When we provided therapy we did believe that we would be in classrooms and not outside which I didn’t mind being outside but more resources would have been nice. The kids however did love being outdoors and didn’t mind the heat whatsoever. The housing is what you would expect, nothing luxurious but felt more like a lodge. Also remember they have small pipes.
