I decided to join the Beauty/SkinCare Internship in Seoul because Korea is globally recognized as a leader in the beauty and skincare industry. From the very beginning, this program felt like a valuable and rare opportunity to experience K-beauty firsthand, not just as a consumer but as someone working within the industry. Throughout the internship, I learned extensively about skincare product development, ingredient trends, marketing strategies, and the high standards that Korean companies maintain. The hands-on tasks and exposure to real business practices helped me better understand how innovative and fast-paced this industry truly is. Beyond professional growth, I was inspired by the passion and dedication of the people I worked with.
