Study Abroad in Alicante

Studying abroad in Alicante was one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career. What made my experience unique was how easy it was to become part of the local community. I spent a lot of time exploring cafés, attending local events, and practicing my Spanish with both locals and classmates, which helped me feel truly integrated into daily life rather than just visiting. Academically, I loved taking courses outside of my biology major, especially Tourism Law, where I learned practical information about traveler rights that I still use today while traveling. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was meeting students from all over the world, including Spanish and Erasmus students from across Europe. Sharing cultures, perspectives, and experiences created friendships that have lasted well beyond my time abroad. Living, studying, and traveling in Spain helped me grow more independent, confident, and open-minded. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to challenge themselves while building lifelong connections and unforgettable memories.
