The people, the culture, the land

I had an amazing time meeting people here in Hebron. The people were warm, curious and so generous. I felt included and taken care of and fully immersed in the culture. Late night coffee, sheesha and sweets. The local teenagers were fun to talk to. The experience with the children and educators in the Al Roob refugee camp was eye opening. I will definitely be back. I was also invited to an iftar meal that was beyond words. The sense of community here inspired me to look into ways of affecting my community back home.
