Placed at a clean energy startup

I joined GAC's Career Launch program as a mid-career engineer and it was a great shift from my usual routine. They placed me with a clean energy startup in Shenzhen where I worked on battery storage projects. The team was young, ambitious, and I got to contribute to real technical discussions from week one. Coming from a structured Norwegian work culture, the pace in China was different but in a good way—fast decisions, lots of collaboration, and genuine curiosity about my experience.
