The temperature here is always mild and comfortable. There is no extremely hot summer or bitterly cold winter. The sky is often clear with soft sunshine, and gentle wind blows almost every day. I never feel uncomfortable staying outdoors, and I really love this pleasant climate so much.

Besides its nice weather, the rice noodles in Kunming are incredibly delicious and unforgettable. I have tried many different kinds of local rice noodles during my stay here. Cross-bridge rice noodles are the most famous one, filled with fresh soup, thin sliced meat, vegetables and seasonings. I have also tasted miscellaneous sauce rice noodles, beef rice noodles, chicken rice noodles and wild mushroom rice noodles. Every type has its unique tasty broth and special matching ingredients. Each bowl smells amazing and tastes rich. I enjoy exploring all these local flavors and can never get tired of eating various Kunming rice noodles. Overall, Kunming is such a lovely city with perfect weather and amazing local food that I totally fall in love with it.
