Learning Experience in Kunming & Lijiang

The weather in Kunming is incredibly pleasant all year round. It is known as the “City of Spring” because the temperature is always mild and comfortable. There is no sweltering summer or freezing winter here. The sky is usually clear, the air is fresh, and the wind feels soft and relaxing. I really love the climate in Kunming, and it makes me feel happy and relaxed every day.

Besides the wonderful weather, Kunming has a lot of delicious local food. I have tried many different kinds of Yunnan rice noodles here, such as cross-bridge rice noodles, beef rice noodles, mushroom rice noodles and chicken rice noodles. Every kind tastes special and flavorful. The soup is fresh, and the ingredients are rich and healthy. I enjoy eating local food very much.

I also spent 3 weeks with one-on-one lessons in Lijiang. Both Kunming and Lijiang are beautiful cities with clean air, lovely scenery and delicious food. Living and studying here is a great experience for me. I think learning Chinese is very interesting, and I have improved a lot recently. My teacher is patient and friendly, and my accommodation is comfortable as well. I truly enjoy my study and life in Yunnan.
