Co-workers behavior

To be honest i really enjoying my internship here in australia. But im not enjoying my work especially my co-workers they are lazy and taking advantage on us interns. Its say they will give me supervisory training but until now they haven't giving me that privilage. So if you ask me nows my skills development going on? I will honestly answer it or rate is 1.
