Price Details
The cost of tuition for a Howl Semester is $3,500 CAD (~$2,600 USD) per month or $10,000 CAD (~$7,400 USD) per semester. This includes accommodation, food, activities, education and all ground transportation related to program activities.

Compared with other Gap Year programs in Canada which offer one or two days of educational instruction per week, Howl provides skill development and educational instruction seven days a week at the beginning of the program.

About Program

Join Howl for a life changing three-month long Gap Semester exploring the Canadian Rockies. Based in the stunning town of Canmore, Alberta, we are only a short distance from the gates of Banff National Park. During the program, participants will be exposed to a plethora of career options while simultaneously building their skills, leadership capacity and emotional and physical resiliency.

Over the semester, participants will learn skills for a sustainable life, gain volunteer experience, receive entrepreneurship training and truly become immersed in a Rockies community. Participants will learn from some of Canada's most outstanding educators and local Indigenous Knowledge Keepers.

Leave the program with a new family, home and the skills and knowledge to make a positive change in the world.
