The Sacred Paths 200hr Surf Yoga Teacher Training in Mal Pais Costa Rica incorporates the practices of yoga and meditation with the love of nature, the beaches and surfing. Each day we rise to the sound of the birds and monkeys, enjoy a guided meditation and asana practice before heading to the beach. Our meals are healthy vegetarian and filled with the love of the kitchen staff. We spend the day setting intention, learning philosophy, anatomy, special topics and in the evening we gather to connect, sing or have a ceremony,

Upon completion of this life changing program you will receive an internationally recognized 200hr Yoga Teacher Certificate from Yoga Alliance. You can teach worldwide at home or on your future travels.
