About Program
Sigue No Mas (which translates to "follow no more") is our hands-on community service and Spanish language immersion program in Ecuador and the Galapagos.
North of Quito we work with a local community on community initiatives, improving and constructing additional farmstead enclosures, making repairs to the local school, and assisting with agricultural land projects that create and build tree nurseries to help reforest areas in need. We live, work, and learn with the families and support their culture, animals, and crops, spending quality time baking bread, helping with the harvest, and milking cows.
After our work is completed we'll head to the famous Otavalo market, then move on to the upper Amazon jungle for a day of rafting and a day of rainforest and waterfall exploration. We will complete our time with an unforgettable six days exploring, hiking, surfing and snorkeling in the Galapagos Islands. Two years of previous Spanish speaking experience necessary.
