Price Details

The cost for the 2019 Flagler College RESIDENT experience is $1750.00, per week. A $70 application fee applies.
Session Dates:
Week One: July 1 – 5, 2019
Week Two: July 8 – 12, 2019
*students have the option of bundling both weeks

This includes:
Course tuition (including materials and equipment)
Accommodation and all meals
Extra-curricular activities – transportation, entrance and most activity fees
Residency students stay in College Dorms

Day Students: The cost for the 2019 Flagler College DAY STUDENT experience is $1025, per week.

The balance is due no later than June 15th, 2019.

The cost does not include:
Travel to St Augustine, Florida

About Program

Florida Film Academy is an award winning film and visual arts pre-college program

Located at the stunning Flagler College campus, with the beautiful historic City of St Augustine as our backdrop, students will learn the art and craft of storytelling and filmmaking. Our days will interweave practical instruction with pull out focus sessions all building to the completion of their festival level films. Instruction in screen writing, cameras and cinematography, direction and production will be interwoven with an exploration of this remarkable region.

In this intensive hands-on course, students work with industry professionals as they learn how to write, produce, direct, film, edit and master a short film in preparation for festival entry. Students are split into crews of appropriate age and experience, with an individualized curriculum. Many of our students have won film festivals with the work they achieve in these PreCollege courses
