About Program

We are a youth mentorship organization that uses surfing, English classes, and environmental education to connect with at-risk youth populations in Valparaíso, Chile. We are looking for motivated interns who are excited to work with people and learn from new experiences and challenges abroad!

Interns work closely with our students and communities to form strong relationships and expand impact. The VSP provides a dynamic work environment, where interns have the ability to split their time between the beach, the office, and the classroom. Interns are an important part of our team and play a major role in organizing and leading our programming activities. They also gain experience working with a multi-cultural team who are versed in social work, education, communications, and non-profit development.

Don't worry, prior surf experience is not required. If you are reliable, proactive, and have a strong ability to adapt to an ever changing environment, we would love for you to apply!
