About Program
As a Front Office or GRO Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in our Front Office department, focusing on providing guest service. You'll manage reception duties, answer calls and emails, and assist guests with check-in and check-out. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to escort guests to their rooms, explain amenities, and ensure their needs are met during their stay. Collaborating with our reception manager, you'll learn to report maintenance issues promptly to maintain a welcoming environment in our lobby area.
This internship provides a comprehensive learning experience in guest relations. You'll develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork while contributing to creating memorable experiences for guests. Whether assisting with guest inquiries or supporting other departments during busy periods, you'll gain valuable insights and practical experience that will prepare you for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
